Board of Directors

St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Academy is governed by a Board of Directors, which has civil legal custody and control of the Academy and its property. As agents of governance, the Board of Directors develops policies that reflect the Academy’s mission to ensure its future through strategic planning and outreach.

Patrick M. Collins, Chair
Patrick is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a practicing attorney and has specialized in labor and employment law for over two decades. Patrick is a graduate of Fordham University and the Boston University School of Law and is currently a partner in the firm of McCarter & English in New York City.

Christopher Artz, Vice Chair

Janet Criscuoli, Treasurer
Janet is the Academy’s Treasurer. She has worked in the banking industry for 35 years and is currently a Vice President for TD Bank. Janet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from St. Francis College.

Sr. Elizabeth Kelly, Secretary
Sr. Elizabeth is the Secretary of the Board and has been a Catholic educator for 60 years, as a teacher in the first, seventh and eighth grades; as an English teacher and academic counselor at Bishop Kearney High School; and as a principal for 33 years. She was awarded the Thomas Cuite Award for dedication to Catholic education and was named an outstanding principal in the Diocese of Brooklyn. She studied at St. Joseph’s College, Brooklyn College, Fordham University and the University at Plattsburgh.

Gerard Keogh

Blaise Zandoli
Blaise has worked in international business and economic analysis for more than a decade and is currently CEO of Long Bridge Capital, a U.S. asset management firm specially tuned to the needs of foreign investors. Prior to founding Long Bridge Capital, Blaise was a Strategy Analyst at Ziff Brothers Investments in New York City. Blaise is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserves and has served overseas in Iraq and Europe.
