Employed Since 2023
Ashley has been passionate about education since she was a little girl. She has taught grades 3K-6th grade and has taught specialized subjects such as journalism, cinematography, music, and creative writing. Prior to teaching at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Academy, Ashley was a language paraprofessional for five years and then transitioned into teaching in 2018. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from The City College of New York and has received her masters degree in childhood education from the College of Staten Island. Additionally, she is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish.
When she isn’t physically spending her time at Walt Disney World…Ashley is going on a run with her chihuahua Princess Holly around Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. So excited to begin my fourth year at SJWCA!
