Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Academy's After School Program is held at the school and provides supervision in a safe environment for your child after dismissal. The program is staffed by school faculty members and is supplemented by some additional enrichment subjects should you register for them ahead of time.
Daily Rate: The program runs from 3:00PM-6:00PM. The hourly rate is $14 per hour. Rate will be billed per 1/2 hour. You will be billed based on our “check-out” clock.
Monthly Rate: Monthly rates are offered at discount over the daily rate for families that need consistent care.
$490 for 1 child (35% discount)
$756 for 2 or more children (50% discount)
Invoices will be sent through our FACTS management tuition system at the end of each month. It will be added to your incidental account to be paid within 10 days from invoice.
Registration Fee:
The registration fee is $25 per family and needs to be paid when a child begins the program.
Structure of After School Program:
Students are broken up into groups with a faculty or staff member assigned to each group.

Early Childhood:
3K and Pre-K students can begin after school upon dismissal.
3K, Pre-K, and K students will be grouped together in one of our early childhood classrooms for age-appropriate play and materials.
Snack time is from 3 to 3:30. Students are provided with juice and a snack each day.
Outdoor Play (weather permitting) from 3:30-4:30
Indoor Choice time 4:30-5:30

Elementary and Middle Schoolers:
Snack time is from 3:15 to 3:30. Students are provided with water and a snack each day.
Homework is completed between 3:30 and 4:30 pm
Free play time is from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. Students will be outdoors, weather permitting.
Clean-up begins and preparation for final dismissal begins at 5:30 pm.
NOTE: On half days there will be no after school.
Late Pick-Up Policy: All students must be picked up by 6:00PM. A late fee of $50 will be billed to your account for every late pick up past 6:05 pm. After the fifth time, the student will no longer be able to attend the program for the rest of the year.
Enrichment Classes (optional): Enrichment is a part of our after school program, therefore all participants need to have a registration form on file.
23-24 Enrichment rates:
$280 Term 1 (10 classes)
$280 Term 2 (10 Classes)
$224 Term 3 (8 classes)
Students that register for two or more enrichment classes will receive a 10% discount off the subsequent courses.
*Please note, this discount is only applicable per student that registers for 2 or more classes, not per family.*
Invoices for enrichment courses will be sent through our FACTS management tuition system and due prior to the start of each course. See attached for course descriptions.
The after school program is viewed as an extension of the school day, all school policies including, but not limited to the use of cell phones and other technologies as listed in the Parent-Student Handbook apply.
