Trey Mastaler is thrilled to be joining the SJWCA community as the new third-grade teacher. He is originally from Virginia but recently relocated to New York City. After earning a BA from The College of William & Mary in History and Latin American Studies, Trey taught 3rd Grade at St. Luke Catholic School in McLean, Virginia. He is currently working on his Masters in Childhood and Special Education from Fordham University. 

Outside of school, Trey enjoys traveling, exercising, and trying new restaurants. He is also an avid reader who believes there is no such thing as someone who doesn't like to read - you just haven't found the right genre of books yet!
