Ms. Jennifer Gallina

Program Director

[email protected]
Employed Since: 2013

Jennifer is the Program Director at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Academy. She works on a myriad of projects including grants, special programs, testing, and finances. She has been a part of the Brooklyn Diocese for over twenty years. Fifteen of those years were spent teaching at Corpus Christi in Woodside, Queens where she was a junior high Math/ ELA teacher, technology coordinator, part-time administrator and then eventually began a school-wide counseling program.

When the school closed, she went on to teach grade 1 at OLPH in Queens and then arrived at SJWCA in 2013 and began her career in administration.

Jennifer enjoys being able to work with both faculty and students in different capacities. Her degrees from St. John’s University include a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Graduate’s degree in School Counseling. She also currently holds two certifications.

Her entire family spanning back to her grandmother have all attended Catholic schools.  She feels working in a Catholic school is a true vocation rather than an occupation. She is a longtime resident of Queens, NY and enjoys having big family dinners on Sundays.
