Emily feels grateful and proud to have found her passion for teaching early in life. She is an NYS certified Early Childhood Educator who graduated from Brooklyn College with a BA in Psychology, minoring in Children’s Studies and Neuroscience. Currently, Emily is continuing her education and is expecting to earn her MSed in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education this year. She is excited to join the St. Joseph the Worker community as the newest 3K Teacher! Although this is her first year teaching at SJWCA, this will be her 6th year teaching in an early childhood classroom. 

Emily was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. In her free time, she loves to take long walks, practice yoga, read, travel, and play with her cat, Fifi.
