Ms. Kassia Clements

Kassia is our new Program for the Development of Human Potential (PDHP) counselor. Kassia was born and raised in Queens, New York. She studied at Hunter College for her BS in Psychology and completed her MS.Ed at Brooklyn College for School Counseling. Kassia has always wanted to be a counselor of some sort and was inspired to be a School Counselor by her very own school counselor from middle school to high school. She believes a positive educational journey is fostered by a strong social-emotional environment. In her spare time, she likes to participate in activities that bring her joy such as practicing mindfulness and spending time with family, friends, and her little puppy Benji. She is excited to bring her lessons and passions to SJWCA this year!
